Table of Contents
1. Introduction
The Aryballe NeOse™ is a portable "digital nose" designed for precise odor detection. Utilizing a 64-gas sensor array embedded in a bio-functionalized silicon photonic chip, it emulates human olfaction to detect and analyze diverse volatile molecules with high sensitivity. This handheld device connects to a web application for real-time dynamic sensograms and automatic odor classification, making it ideal for applications in food, cosmetics, and industries.
